La struttura portante esistente è stata rinforzata o sostituita con nuovi elementi metallici zincati a caldo ed adeguata alle normative antisismiche vigenti.

Le coperture esistenti sono state smantellate e sostituite da un sandwich composto in opera, con applicazione di una coibentazione in poliuretano spruzzato e lamiera esterna in alluminio naturale.
